Interview to check the language and the personality and this doesn't exceed 10 or 15 min Algorithms test in time frame, usually 90 min to solve 3 problems. It is not easy to solve all of them in the time but if you solve 2 problem right you will pass , this step needs some preparation on the algorithms concepts Technical Screening: this is online interview with one of the engineers on Toptal and also will be depending on algorithms. but the bad thing here this not like the normal technical interview, in other words the interviewer will not care if you did a good try or not it is 0 or 1, either you solve the problem or not. If you solve the problem and failed in just one test case this considers that you failed. Usually you will need to solve 2 problems. Test Project: depending on what you said about yourself in the first interview (back-end developer, android developer …etc) they will assign you a project and you can choose any language to do it. this is the most easy interview if you get there, you will be working on this project for 2 weeks and then one of the engineers will check the project with you
