During this interview, the interviewer was late and did not provide any explanation or apology for it. The interview started abruptly with just one question: "What do you know about our company?" There was no discussion about my background or any exploration of my prior experiences. Shortly after, the interviewer mentioned needing to discuss feedback with other teams and then ended the interview very suddenly. I was completely caught off guard as the entire process lasted only about five minutes. This experience left me feeling confused and disappointed, as I had expected a more professional and in-depth conversation rather than such a rushed process.

4 total rounds - HR, strategy director, case study & another director, and CEO. A case study is not a normal case study - understand what Traba does and specifically who their key customers will be. They are pretty proactive the whole time and will let you know immediately until you get no offer; they will leave you hanging and then send you a generic rejection email with no feedback even when you ask.
