I applied online and got a fast response from the Talent team. Had a screening call with Vincent, he was very helpful and passed me on to the next round. Had a call with the Hiring manager which was much more intense and involved more detailed questions and conversations. Got passed to the next round. Had a call with the second Hiring Manager and also had a good conversation with him. Heard back the morning that they were not moving forward with me. Overall, the process was pretty quick and responsive. Have to give credit to Vincent, thought he was really involved and wanted my best interest and aligned it with the Traba.

4 total rounds - HR, strategy director, case study & another director, and CEO. A case study is not a normal case study - understand what Traba does and specifically who their key customers will be. They are pretty proactive the whole time and will let you know immediately until you get no offer; they will leave you hanging and then send you a generic rejection email with no feedback even when you ask.
