After initial screening, asked to submit a case study. Then 2 rounds of interviews.
I applied because of the job title and responsibility even after reading so many negatives about this company online.
1. There was not a single question about your previous work experience or skills. They are only looking for a school exam-type situation, where you have to match your answer with what the interviewer has in hand. No merit for your thought process or a different solution.
2. How can you assess a candidate by just this question? " Pros and cons of railway and airline ticketing system" and after that there are no questions asked.
3. HR if you are reading this, you need an overhaul of your hiring process to address your low retention. The case study should be kept as a final round. You should first assess the candidate as a fit before you give them a case study. That's a standard international practice. Unless your intention is that you want to get your business problems solved by MBAs for free.
4. The quality of the interviewer was not up to the mark.
No hard feelings as I got a job offer from a famous company in Europe immediately after getting the rejection.
