I was contacted by a recruiter, had a good conversation, and left on "when are you available this week for an in person interview". I gave times and waited for a confirmation. I never received one. While I understand that it happens sometimes that other people are just chosen over you, I expect at least a response, saying something like " we have decided to pursue other candidates", etc. Especially since, they were the ones trying to set up an in person interview. I even sent follow up emails afterwards. Not a single one was answered. It's fine if you change your mind or the hiring manager doesn't want an in person interview, but at least tell the person who set aside that time that they are no longer wanted. This just left me hoping, but I was ultimately disappointed. Pretty unprofessional in my opinion, since they had already told me about further steps.

I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview. Very friendly and professional. I was brought in for an interview and met with 2 managers. Both quick and laid back conversations. The entire process was the quickest I've seen from any company.
