I had first a phone call with the HR, followed by an on-site interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was asked to complete assignments, and got invited for a second and last on-site interview. First part of the interview was nice, I spoke with my "future possible teammate". Then, the president of the office came and there I only felt disregarded and contempt towards my answers and my background. The questions were mostly to destabilise me and make me feel uncomfortable, and not to get to know me or challenge me on a business level. It was like having a police questioning. All this for being told at the end that the salary I had mentioned since the beginning was too high and that they could offer only 85% of my request. I told them that I was not interested anymore in the position. A strong lack of professionalism and an aggressive and rude approach from the president manager. A company I definitely don't recommend for its values.
