Colloquio
Primero una entrevista corta de 30 minutos con un alguien de HR. Luego un examen que constaba en la corrección de dos textos, y cuando pasas el examen te llaman para la segunda entrevista.
La segunda duró aprox. 1 hora, con 3 Project Managers. Te hacían preguntas sobre tu experiencia, tu personalidad, cómo te desarrollarías en el puesto, etc.

You send your CV, they reach out via email and schedule a call with you to outline as many details as possible about the job and then send you a set of tests. If you pass the tests, you go to an interview with a manager. If positive, you get an offer.

I was interviewed by someone in the human resources team via a videocall. She was nice and there wasn’t any tension at all. Questions were easy and casual. She wanted me to go through my resume and then she asked me about my specific expertise in the translation industry. I received an offer one week later, which I declined because the offered salary was too low, even for a remote position.
