This was one of the most unprofessional interviews I have ever had. The recruiter was amazing, but once I arrived at the interview I knew I wasn't going to get it. First off it was an in person interview with 3 people, they started by asking me questions about my resume which they clearly had never looked at until that very moment. They then handed me a piece of paper with coding questions on it that I had to hand write the answers to. They were not that hard. But the three interviewers talking about their upcoming vacations and where their kids were going to college the whole time was a bit distracting... It was a bit of a shame because I was really interested in the position and the company, but the lead devs who were interviewing me left a bad taste in my mouth.
