Originally I interviewed for a Jr Software Engineer position and the initial team meeting over video was great. They gave me a take home assessment and I didn't meet all the requirements they wanted but I submitted it anyways. The team I had interviewed with said even though it wasn't all correct that I had potential so they asked if I was interested in an internship and then transition to a full time position. After that I said yes and we did another interview where there was code pair with 2 other engineers on the team. I was basically asked very simple coding questions and some very basic front-end questions. Right after was a video chat with some more senior members which was behavioral. I was given a soft offer the next day and an official offer letter 2 days after the final interview.
