First had a phone call with HR, and then an audio call with Regional manager. The process was relatively short and quick. HR described a bit about the position and the regional manager asked some simple question related to the position.
Had an intro phone call about the position that went well. Was emailed a link to some assessment questions and quickly heard back about next steps. Currently waiting to get scheduled with the hiring manager.

I just took the 1st HR Screening interview. The interview questions were typical screening aspects and also checking the candidate's english level.

Avoid this company no matter how desperate you are.
Highly outdated process with very rude interviewers. One interviewer did not even turn on camera for the interview. Does this company have any respect for the time and effort people put in when interviewing?
They also asked questions such as "How much do you want this job out of 10" , Clearly they are seeing how desperate people are to work in a toxic environment.
I would highly recommend to avoid contact with this company.
