I applied online and received an email for a phone interview. The interview was relatively casual, mainly asking about my resume and qualities. He explained the role more in depth and occasionally asked questions on how I would handle the different responsibilities. Afterward I was supposed to take an assessment, however, when trying to schedule this it proved to be very difficult. The recruiter once did not respond. Then we rescheduled and while waiting for the assessment to be sent over they never sent it. I decided to end my application process with them.

How do you handle many different tasks/responsibilities at one time?
First call with HR, then with Dept Manager, then in-person interview with hiring managers. The whole process was quick, hiring managers were lovely and the questions were aligned with the role. Interview with Detp Manager was easy.

5 interviews (1 in person) for an entry level position and 2700-3300 salary/month. Told me only at 2nd interview that I'm expected to work overtime and weekends all the time.
Briefing with Human Resources team and interview with team head. Team head mentioned the company background and job details. Also gave a brief idea of the working environment, company benefits .
