First a recruiter contacted me and asked about my background
then I had a code test on Codility with 3 Questions that I had to answer
The other step was a technical talk with a single developer
Afterwards I had a pair program with two developers through Skype, they asked me some questions about code and I had to write code and tell them why I was using that approach.
