Went through 3 rounds of interviews, communication was a bit lacking, and after the 3rd, I declined 2 other job offers while waiting to hear back from anyone. Nobody ever contacted me to tell me ANYTHING , even after following up. Not just unprofessional, but personally insulting and a significant waste of my time looking for a job I was in desperate need of.

Screener call with HR first. Then meeting with the actual hiring manager, then meeting with team. About 10 people total. It was the most technical of them. Then an offer letter.
