I had an initial phone screen, followed my a round of interviews with my direct supervisor and co-workers, and then a 2nd round of interviews with 5 more team members. Phone screen was very basic, about capabilities and interest in the job; other two rounds very straightforward about how my background and experiences could directly fit the needs of the division and role. The process moved very quickly, (in the case of the phone screen, I was asked to come in for more interviews at the end, and in the 1st round, I received the message about scheduling the next round before I even got home.
