I applied several times and got into the selection process 2 times. Both times no feedback was given at all, they never contacted me to say if there were proceeding with my condidature or not. It was quite disappointing. Of course, at the end, if you are never contacted back, you realize that they are not moving forward with your candidature, however a quick feedback would be much appreciated. The company should value not only its employees but also people who are interested working there and made an effort applying for a job.
