This was the selection process I have ever done in my entire life in which I felt most disrespected * I applied for a Senior Data Analyst position, went through 7 interviews including live coding... passed all of them. I asked for feedback and was told I passed but the position was closed. They redirected me to a Tech Lead process. * I went through 5 more interviews with new people, live coding, and a case test to present... passed everything, but the position was closed again. They then redirected me to another Data Analyst position. * I spoke with the manager of the area, who said it was shameful what had happened to me and that he liked me a lot and wanted to close with me but just wanted me to meet the stakeholders first. The same day, I received an email saying I didn't pass because I lacked experience. Even though I had over 10 years of experience. I messaged my HR contact, who knew nothing about it, asked around, and told me they preferred to choose another one. It doesn't end here... Another HR analyst then contacted me, missed the interview, rescheduled, showed up, said the team was on vacation, I asked again, and received no response.
