Good Interview process, firstly a telephone call, then with Skype Interview (also bilingual). After the phone interview they were very kind to gave me some suggestions via e-mail for the second step. Skype interview was fine. Both with the quite normal questions. Unfortunately I was not selected...but interviews both well done from Tripadvisor part.
