Initial call with HR, then a call with the Manager and then 3 calls with principal engineers. The last 3 technical calls were with engineers that have been there for 10+ years (probably in their 50s).

Lots of questions around "what is the bash command to do X" - like, what is the command to see CPU - top... - They were very specific with the question and wanted very specific answers...
A question around Ansible - very specific as well and lacked freedom to actually show the knowledge - they wanted a precise answer that only they knew...
