Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Triptease nel mese di mar 2026
Colloquio
The interview process felt unnecessarily intense, particularly during the staged role play with the VP of Sales, which bordered more on grilling than a constructive evaluation.
There were signals that an offer was likely in the final round, so the rejection felt misaligned with expectations.
The team culture seemed close knit but somewhat cliquey from an outside perspective. Overall, the experience left mixed impressions.

The interview process was thorough and multi-stage, consisting of five rounds in total, including conversations with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and senior leadership, as well as a task-based exercise with a presentation.
The process was also quite compressed. I completed three stages within a single week (initial screening, hiring manager interview, and the task and presentation), followed by two further interviews on another week, including conversations with Demand Gen and senior leadership.
The interviews themselves were thoughtful and focused on collaboration, learning mindset, and how Product Marketing operates in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, with a strong emphasis on AI and automation. Interviewers were engaged and asked probing questions, particularly at the later stages.
That said, the process was quite intensive for an associate-level role and required a significant time commitment. There were also some logistical challenges along the way, including last-minute scheduling changes and interviewers joining late on more than one occasion. While the final feedback was detailed and respectful, the overall experience may feel demanding for candidates expecting a shorter or more evenly paced hiring journey.
I would recommend this process to candidates who enjoy in-depth discussions, are comfortable with ambiguity, and are keen to demonstrate ownership and initiative, but it may not suit everyone at this level.

Domanda 1
A strong focus throughout was on examples of ownership under uncertainty, such as how I’ve handled ambiguous problems, made decisions with incomplete information, and proactively driven work forward rather than supporting from the sidelines.
Full disclosure, I didn't get an offer and was rejected after the second stage, but I don't want this to be read as a salty review. I'll be honest and give my opinion which is that the interview process is too long and the recruiters are very far removed from the role itself which makes miscommunication easy.
The Talent Acquisition Manager described the interview process as follows in addition to an initial chat with them:
Product Showcase - 1 Hour
Insight Gathering - 1 Hour
Strategy Workshop - 1 Hour
Meet The Squad - 45 Mins
Final - CEO / Snr Prod Eng member - 30-45 Mins
This is c.5 hours of interviewing not including the prep time required for some of the presentations. I'm sure it works for them, but in my opinion and also comparing to the rest of the industry, it seems excessive. In any case, it's very onerous on you as a candidate when you have a full time job to prepare and make time for all of these interviews.
The insight gathering stage is also a live exercise where, under time pressure, you will need to share your screen and work through a few problems whilst they watch/help/ask questions. This isn't inherently good or bad, I'm only pointing this out because I know a lot of people dislike live exercises.
The Talent Acquisition Manager pushed to get these interviews in back to back as fast as possible, even after I mentioned that it will be hard to do more than one interview a week with the necessary prep time around work and other commitments. Unfortunately they also didn't seem to understand much of the job itself and, in my opinion, accidentally misconstrued certain aspects.
The product people I interviewed with (the CPO and a colleague) were excellent and I have no doubt at all that Triptease run a very efficient product function with very smart people in there. They are free to run their recruitment process as they like, but personally this was an overwhelmingly negative experience.
If you have the time for 5 hours of interviewing, plus prep time, and are okay with live exercises, go for it.
