First call with HR ( HR Team maintains good contact and follow ups). 1st interview with performance marketing person- interview was okay and I was selected. Then, there was an assignment. Another interview post this with the same previous interviewer. Final interview was with Performance Marketing Lead. Who didn’t select me. Although having read negative reviews about the company, I was myself on the fence to join this company. Regardless, still gave it a shot! What I found strange was that nobody from content team took my interview. Upon asking them multiple times the same thing, I felt either they don’t have Content lead or the performance team itself prefers taking content aspect in their hands for revenue reasons.
