You then do an assessment online involving claims scenarios. Then you go for an interview in person. This takes about two hours. You interview with a claims associate, a claims specialist, do another assessment, and then interview with the hiring manager. This seems a very laid back work environment, but they take their work very seriously. It is a company that clearly cares about its employees and wants them to succeed. It also is a company that wants to make sure they hire the right people in a very thorough and involved process.
