Interviewee beware. Interviewed roughly two months ago. Total process took 3-4 weeks. Standard flow (HR screen, hiring manager etc.), but inconsistent communication between next steps, next interviewer, timing, and overall process. Personally speaking, one of the least organized companies I've interviewed for which was surprising considering Turo's brand reputation and service quality of their product. Interviewers were late, cold, and/or asked fairly generic questions. Based on other reviews here, and from my own experience, I've come to the conclusion this is the norm. For the more business/marketing related functions interviews are likely also a proxy for gathering insight from candidate experience rather than actual interest in the candidate. Not entirely uncommon in the start-up space, but disappointing nonetheless. There may be an offer at the end of it all, or it may be a complete disingenuous waste of your time. I'm not entirely sure I would've accepted an offer at the end of the day if I received one. A lot of red flags.
