I was called by a recruiter for an initial phone screening. While she was nice, she told me something came up and she had to end the call after only 6 minutes. I was then sent a generic rejection. I was a bit surprised she never scheduled a make up call, as I don't think you can assess someone fairly after only a few minutes on the phone.
Thank you for your feedback. We strive to have our process be very thorough and fair, and I am sorry that your journey with us did not reflect that.I will take this feedback and use it to help in further teaching the team on best practices.

Colloquio
It was pretty quick but had several interviews to go through. At least 4 of them but all scheduled quickly. Once offer was received the prices was very quick afterwards.
Overall, there were 6 interviews, each 45 mins- 1 hour long. It was a lengthy process but the team was great and clearly enjoyed the company. Questions weren’t too difficult and there weren’t any questions that I wasn’t expecting.
