I must say that it was a thoroughly positive experience. From the initial contact to the final interview, Twilio's recruitment process stood out for its professionalism, transparency, and emphasis on candidate experience.

They will waste your time and make you do 6 hours of interviews. They discriminate people based on age and they will make assumptions about you on your interviews with them. They will assume things that you didn’t even mention on your calls about you and they say they are inclusive but they actually judge every person based on a magic values that they don’t even follow. Your experience and knowledge is actually a bad thing to have. They want people that have no experience so that you have no opportunity of leaving them. Even if you are a shoe in for the job and they tell you you are a great fit for the whole duration of your interview journey with them, they will lie and give you an insufficient reason as to why they did not select you. Definitely beware of your time and worth as this company sees you as nothing. They will base their decision on four calls they force you to have with random people on one day.

I receive a response from the HR coordinator but no update from the hiring manager or HR recruitment
