Took about a month for HR to set up an interview. Essay test before interview on your own laptop. 2 questions, choose 1 to answer, both on urban planning issues. Panel interview with 5 people, 2 HR, group head and 2 division heads. Interview questions weren’t very difficult, but they seemed unconvinced about my desire to work in urban planning from the start based solely on the fact that I had zero experience in the area. Don’t really know why I was shortlisted by HR if they were looking for experienced people in the first place. Don’t bother applying if u have no background. An absolute waste of time!

Two rounds, first round with planning area directors and second round with the Group Director. Did not get offered due to hiring freeze. Process from start to end took about 3 months.
