Took about a month for HR to set up an interview. Essay test before interview on your own laptop. 2 questions, choose 1 to answer, both on urban planning issues. Panel interview with 5 people, 2 HR, group head and 2 division heads. Interview questions weren’t very difficult, but they seemed unconvinced about my desire to work in urban planning from the start based solely on the fact that I had zero experience in the area. Don’t really know why I was shortlisted by HR if they were looking for experienced people in the first place. Don’t bother applying if u have no background. An absolute waste of time!

45 minute written test on a planning related question followed by approximately 30 minutes interview. No unexpected questions asked during interview, fairly standard. fyi: applied in february and only got the email interview in june
