The interview process was pretty standard, starting with a phone interview with an internal recruiter. Next, you move on to phone interviews with the hiring managers and members of the team you are applying to. Both rounds of interviews were positive with good conversations describing the role in detail. However there was no follow up after the second round. I was told to expect to hear back by the next week either way. 2 months later and still nothing. Be on the lookout for employers who "ghost" candidates and don't waste your time with USI.

Difficult and long process. First interview is screening. Second interview is with management then final interview is with hiring manager. Very long decision process. Very nice people. Loved the vibe from the industry
