There was a skype interview and that was it. i started one month later. The company that was doing the hiring for Uber, made several promises that were not the truth. My workload has changed multiple times since i began. More duties and more complex issues are being brought our way without any additional details

Uber has one of the best recruiting processes I've ever seen. Recruiter was very fast at following up (either EOW or next day) and I heard they even give feedback if u don't make it to the next round

After I applied, I was invited to do an assessment. Following that, I had a recruiter interview, then a behavioral interview, and then a panel with a project and an additional behavioral interview.

Tell us about a challenging deal you negotiated. How did you create value for both parties and what was the impact on your organization’s bottom line?
Terrible process idk why they even had me interview when nobody showed up but I guess it’s alroght if they didn’t wanna itnerview me even though we had a meeting
