The worst interview process I have ever come across the whole process took over two months. So when i first applied everything was moving very quickly and they gave me dates to choose from for an interview. They didn't respond for almost two weeks, then all of a sudden called me and asked me to come in the next day for an interview. I went in and they interviewers just acted as if I shouldn't be there, all the questions were just a bit weird and emphasized "but why you" so much that even when i answered their reply was why?. They asked me Why specifically they should hire me, I told them and replied by saying " But loads of people have your qualifications and experience so why you?" which came across very rude. After I left I heard nothing back for about two weeks and then I get an Email asking for a phone interview this time so I agreed and told them when I was available. Then no reply till I got in contact again a week or two later and was sent a generic copy and paste rejection email to say my application was rejected. Overall horrible experience, In the end I didn't care I didn't get the job, was just annoyed that the process took so long and wasted so much of my time.
