Was called onsite at their Gurgaon Office for a face to face interview. Last for around 45 mins.
It was a one to one interview with someone who is heading the BD team.
Before the interview, the HR explained about the role and the expectation. Which was really very comprehensive.

Very generic interview. The interviewer asked mostly questions on my work experience related. In fact it was more of a discussion.
At the end, I asked what is the way forward. To that the interviewer replied that my background may not be very relevant although I have a great work experience.
Honestly they could have checked my resume before calling me at their office.
Bon processus j'ai eu un suivi tout le long. Les entretiens sont challengeants mais allignés avec notre futur poste potentiel. Je n'ai pas eu d'offre malheureusement à la fin. Je retenterai ma chance une autre fois.
El proceso fue bastante ágil y bien organizado. En total fueron tres etapas: una entrevista inicial con reclutamiento, una con el gerente de desarrollo de negocios y una final con un director regional. Todo el proceso tomó alrededor de tres semanas.

Awful. 5 rounds. Recruiter gave almost no feedback or information. If you go forward with the process make sure to vet your recruiter and double check they are competent. The interviews itself were fine with usual STAR questions but I regret spending so much time in the final presentation
