I took an interview at LA office. They gave me uber coupon to use to get to the office. (round trips) The process was quite smooth. The interview questions are not that hard in my opinion. They offer really good environments regarding to interview process. Quiet and clean rooms with wall whiteboards to draw anything. They looked so happy to help anyone. Overall they seemed to be great people to work with. They sounded very open-minded asked good technical and non-technical questions. In one of coding session, the engineer acted like checked out. I'm not sure that's intended to see how candidates react to but I handled it properly by asking right questions to him, tried to let him engaged with the process. I thought that is what I should do to pass the interview and I've got a great feedback and an offer. I don't understand people complaining about how they treated in interview process. I believe they are all part of evaluation process. Figure out what will be the best to. I know it can be harsh but that's what we encounter time to time in real work environment.

Normal process with multiple interviews on coding problems and system design. Steps explained clearly by recruiter, there are also plenty of resources online to study from. Overall interviewers were very nice.
