I WALKED-OUT of this company's on-site, never interview here. Everything they say about Uber's mistreatment of its own workers and candidates is true.
The on-site is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They intentionally schedule you to show up 30 minutes before the actual interview, and they do not tell you this. Therefore every single candidate that they bring on-site wastes 30 minutes; had to ask the front desk and they said that they do this to everyone. Once the recruiting coordinator showed up, you are taken to a room where they explain the interview process. The first 2 hours of the interview you are left by .yourself in a room to code; which is half the interview. No one at that company thinks interviewing candidates is part of their job, and they will let you know that . Uber goes out of their way to show you how little they care about you or your time.
