The process was very thorough and spanned a number of weeks. After the recruiter screen, I had two additional calls over video chat and then a presentation. Everyone was very informal and asked open ended questions that allowed you to be creative with your answers. I thought some of the questions were difficult but easy to prepare for.

Was very rude treatment, late start, joining halfway through a case presentation asking questions that have already been covered.
This was after 1 week of preparation and several rounds on interviews.
Took weeks between each interaction. Guess it was because they hadn't decided 100% to move into the market where I'm located, but still. Ended up with nothing that I guess was the best for both parties.
