After a phone screen, I was sent a campaign concept for which I had to create a GTM presentation. The team reviewed the assignment without me presenting. I was then invited for an in-person presentation and panel interview. I interviewed with a cross-collaborative group of people from product, policy, analytics, and PMM.
Thought all the interviewers were great, they asked a lot of building question. e.g. you mentioned this, can you expand on that point. It was clear they were getting to know me, and seeing what it would be like to work with me. It wasn't as intentionally intimidating as other large tech companies, it felt like they really wanted to create a relationship from the initial conversation.

It was a pretty straightforward, positive experience overall. Turnaround times were also pretty fast. There was a case assignment as well as the regular interviews. You then had to present the case to the hiring team. Overall decent experience.
