Uber's recruitment experience is one of the most horrible and cumbersome I've ever had. First, you start with a test, then several interviews, then ridiculously heavy take-home case study, where they expect you to prepare a full-fledged deck followed by other three-four interviews.

HR screening, Hiring manager interview, panel interview loop. Deep knowledge/obsession with SQL was highly valued and a dealbreaker - seemed a bit outdated. HR screening call was very rote and lacked nuance - Hiring Manager interview much better.
