Submitted my application materials, had a phone interview and then in-person interview. Process moved, really enjoyed getting to do the creative exercise. You get a great sense of the company and what's expected of you from the interview process.

Interview was fair and thorough while also being respectful of a candidate's time and only looking for the aspects/qualities necessary to the job. I would interview with the company again.
