My first interview was with the recruiter. It was basic screener: reviewed my experience discussed salary expectations and what the position offered, then was told I'd advance to the next round. I met with one person on the team and had to perform an online assessment (it's timed). After that met with 3 other people on the team.
The process took a total of 5 weeks from the initial interview to the offer. I turned it down because the salary presented in the beginning of interview process was significantly less than what was offered, which they were not willing to budge on at all.

It was okay until the "Jam" session. Recruiter was very responsive and nice until not anymore after the hiring manager decide to no move forward.
Jam session was very confusing and misleading, with barely no questions, no guidance jeopardizing the flow.

The process starts with the HR screening interview, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, followed by a take-home assignment you are given for a week (7 days), and followed 2 or 3 more interviews
