The interview at the Boston Career Forum was smooth and really fast. You can be accepted within 2 days. Also, there was a party held for the ones they're interested in.

Actual examples (situations) to see if you can react in a short amount of time to come up with several ways to solve the problems.
Compared to other firms, the overall application process was shorter. Very standard - recruiter screening, HM interview, final panel interview. Final round included a take home that took longer than other cases; you are required to walk through your findings and defend your logic.
Overall good procedure. First an HR interview then a technical one with your future manager. Knowledge about the company's business is highly important. For sure questions about how Uber makes money will come.

I was given one week to do a take home presentation on the direction of Uber Eats to improve its position in the current economic environment. Follow up questions were asked to pressure test my recommendations.
