7 stage process for me. Initial resume submission will get you the analytics test if you pass the first cut. Plenty of people on here talking about that one so I won't go into detail other than that it's a 2 hours timed test, brush up on pivot tables and make sure you save some time for the written responses at the end After that it's talking to the HR guy/gal recruiting in your region. First time was a bit balls (HR person screwed me around) second time was really good. Then it's a screening interview with at least one of the team members that you will be working with. In my case, 2 of the DOp's crew from the Melbourne team. Hour long, lots of digging into the background and a much more detailed dig into the way that I would solve day-to-day operational problems. After that I came in and did an onboarding session (signing drivers up for Uber) and basically saw what I was doing for the role. This was the tipping point for me. Prior to this I was moderately interested in the Uber role but actually attending a session and seeing what these guys went through clarified both what was expected of me and what the role really required. Followed that up with a chat with the General Manager of Melbourne and another phone interview with another Asia/Pac Manager. These were pretty high level, lots more on big picture problem solving and analysis. Overall it's a very good process for working out fit (for both sides)

Interview process was typical. Asking leadership, teamwork, and case questions to see how well you problem solve on the spot. The interview process was 3-4 steps, the last being a round robbin with many of the similar roles.
