30-min recruiter interview followed by a 2 rounds of 30-min 1:1 interview with someone from the hiring team and a final panel interview where a case study/presentation is required to be prepared in advance. The case study prompt would be fair for someone already with experience in sales ops or in the food delivery industry but it's definitely an uphill battle the others (for me in this case no matter how much effort I put into the analysis and presentation). The overall interview experience was very positive as the hiring team as well as the recruiting team are very professional and organized. The questions asked were challenging but fair. I wish I could have done better in the case study.

The final interview round involved preparing a 45-minute presentation of 3 case studies with numerous questions to address for each. It was excessive and disrespectful of my time. Also, the phrasing of one of the case studies was misleading in its instruction, and ultimately became a contributing factor for why I didn’t get an offer. Furthermore, the topics of the case studies weren’t even responsibilities in the job description! Also, interviewers were late to every single round. I spent many hours preparing the deck on those case studies and the interviewers couldn’t give me even 30-60 minutes of their day? I also didn’t appreciate how the recruiter handled notifying me that I had been eliminated from consideration. When a candidate has reached the final round, they deserve a phone call telling them they won’t receive an offer. A brief email felt insulting.
