I applied online and got an e-mail the second day, asking me to do an analysis test with 28 multi choice questions and four open questions. Two days later, i received an e-mail saying they were not moving forward with me.

Interview was fair and thorough while also being respectful of a candidate's time and only looking for the aspects/qualities necessary to the job. I would interview with the company again.
