saw listing on Craigslist. Had a Skype interview within two weeks, after doing "homework". Hired within 3 weeks of applying. During the interview process I asked about the contract length and he made it sound as though that was a testing phase they were trying and that I would most likely be hired on for longer than nine months - but that didn't happen because they have so many CSRs in Manilla and India now.

Terrible process idk why they even had me interview when nobody showed up but I guess it’s alroght if they didn’t wanna itnerview me even though we had a meeting

Recruiter never called during the scheduled time for our phone interview. When I reached out to reschedule, she ignored me and cancelled the rescheduled call. Very unprofessional, especially considering that they reached out to me in the first place
