Typical interview with behavioral /situations questions. Got through the first 2 rounds, and was completely ghosted afterwards. Only found out I didn't get the job by looking at the portal weeks later. The person I was supposed to meet with during my interview not only rescheduled, but then didn't show up and sent a proxy instead to interview me.

1. Tell me about yourself 2. Why are you interested in this role? 3. Situational Question: Let's say uber was entering the grocery business for the first time, and was throwing a pilot program to test the market out. What sorts of KPIs would you want to measure for this program to determine its success?
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Uber (San Francisco, CA) nel mese di feb 2026
Colloquio
There was around two weeks between every interview due to interviewer availability. It started with a phone screen, and then the hiring manager. After that, I was asked to complete a case study and present to a panel. I did not get an offer, but the experience overall was good.
Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Uber (Londra, Inghilterra)
Colloquio
First round was a hiring manager interview that was a mix of behaviourals and questions on how I would tackle certain problems
Second round was a series of 3 interviews with cross functional stakeholders each focusing on a topic (e.g. problem solving, stakeholder management/ collaboration)
Third round was a take home case study presented to the Head of Growth

What are the key buckets in the delivery P&L?
Tell me about a time you had to influence your cross functional stakeholders to see things you way / adopt your proposal
The process was clear, and the recruiter was nice. Along the process, you will start seeing some senior, but very unengaging interviewers. They always seem to be obviously working on something else during the interview, and look for fixed answers even for open questions.
