The HR manager makes the interview informal and stress free.They know they are making money out of you regardless, so their goal is to hire as many drivers as possible. Although they will inspect your care right after the interview ends to see if itis quality and safe to drive for Uber.

straight forward, nothing much actually kind of easy as you just drive and they watvh your safety driving, you should have a uber liscence though and then you can star working althoug the pay nowadays is terrible idk who they think they are
