Recebi o contato inicial da empresa por linkedin e ocorreu uma primeira entrevista por telefone com o RH.
Tive uma segunda entrevista com a Gerente da área que iniciou a entrevista com uma apresentação e posteriormente começou um Product Case.
Dentro do contexto apresentado e product case as perguntas eram bem subjetivas podendo existir diferentes tipos de respostas o que tornou a entrevista um pouco aleatória e sem fundamento. Perguntas e contextos com alto grau de variabilidade que impossibilita ser avaliado como certo ou errado e você acaba ficando vendido em adivinhar o que o gerente da área gostaria de escutar pessoalmente.

It was okay until the "Jam" session. Recruiter was very responsive and nice until not anymore after the hiring manager decide to no move forward.
Jam session was very confusing and misleading, with barely no questions, no guidance jeopardizing the flow.
