This was one of the worst 1st round exploratory interviews I have ever had and a really negative introduction to Uber as a company. Not only did they show up late but they made the interview impossible by having a negative attitude from the start of the call and clearly not understanding the role for which they were conducting an interview for. On top of that, they could not say one positive thing about working at Uber themselves and even went so far as to say the culture at Uber is not bad …but it is NOT good!? After hanging up, I felt used like I was just being interviewed to meet a quota. Which is incredibly inconsiderate of my time. I was by all accounts qualified for the role based on the JD provided but I really do feel like I avoided a massive headache based on my experience with this recruiter and will not recommend anyone I know to apply to Uber in the future.
