I went through three rounds of interviews. The Screener online, panel interview with the hiring manager (dept director) and Sr dept manager, final round panel interview with other department members. The interviews were all fairly standard, no big surprises. I knew several people involved in my process from previous jobs. Final round seemed like a formality. Three months passed before I ever heard back about my final round; standard HR rejection email. Very unprofessional, I reached out to the hiring manager and HR contact several times between the final round and my rejection email, and no response.

Applied online and heard from the recruiter. We chatted for 25 min or so. She did not seem to be interested in talking with me and did not do a good job of explaining the position. I got a rejection email about a week later.

Multiple interviews, as well as panels. Met with multiple people across 5 different departments. Ranged from all levels of managment from other managers up to Sr. VP's. This went on for mutiple rounds. All the questions were pretty normal and typical for this role.

Work history, what makes you successful, mostly conversational
long and hated the video process- took weeks to hear anything and it was not an amazing offer- growth is big to me and I am concerned I will not be heard
