My interview experience at GlowTouch Technologies was smooth and well-organized. It began with an initial screening call, where they asked about my background and basic skills. Next, I had a technical interview that focused on my core competencies and problem-solving abilities. After passing that stage, I went through a series of in-depth interviews, which included both technical questions and discussions about my past experiences. Finally, I had an interview with senior HR to assess cultural fit. Overall, the process was thorough but fair, and I felt well-prepared at each stage.

3-4 rounds with aptitude, communication and HR round. They will not drag much time and finish the interview shortly. Walkins are scheduled most of the time and we can attend walkins along with the set of documents.
