Phone interview was first, Testing that took all day, if you did not pass a section you would be withdrawn, they also had drug test at that time. Flew to Omaha to meet with Directors for the interview. Flew in and out the same day.

Weird prerecorded questions to respond to. Doesn't take in account any skills or merit, its all DEI Compliance question which are unrelated to job posting. Just filtering through the endless applicants who must be applying to keep benefits going from month to month.

Colloquio
I applied online and was interviewed by phone about two weeks later. The next interview was in person in Omaha about a week after that. I was offered the job about a week later.
I had never undergone a personality test for a job interview before. There is a long personality test and also a sort of critical thinking test for manager skills.
Both tests can be completed pretty quickly.
You don't get to see your results, its just a pass fail. They are looking for specific personality traits, but I don't know exactly what they are.
