I applied for the summer Internship which consists of 2/3 months of interning for the operations team as a Bookings Agent. I first had to submit an online application with my CV screening and was then selected for a skype interview with one person from the HR team and 2 team leaders which depending on the languages you have indicated you can speak will conduct the interview in that language.
Basically is an interview with someone in human resources who talks and asks questions to know better the interviewer better. Explain all about Uniplaces and tell you what you are about to do in this job.

Colloquio
It is very interactive and casual. Additionally it is also very appropriate especially for young graduates which I believe is the target for the role in question. Both interviewers tried to get to know you beyond the formal experience that I went through.
